 Returns & Refunds

From the date your purchase is dispatched, you have 30 days in which to return any items.  Providing the returned item is in a re-saleable condition, we can offer exchange or refund.

After the 30 days have lapsed, we will not be able to offer refunds, but exchange and vouchers are options.

If you would like to return an item, please email, stating the reason for return, your order number and contact details.  Items should be returned by Recorded Delivery.

We do strongly recommend obtaining proof of postage and sending your item via a tracked service. In the unlikelihood your return does get lost and you can't provide proof of delivery, we will not be able to issue a refund.

Please note that in busy times, returns can take 3 working days to be processed and then up to a further 7-10 days for the money to appear in your bank account depending upon your payment provider
